  • Yes! All flows include pregnancy-friendly modifications. Always listen to your body and adjust as needed.

  • Most flows use simple props like a yoga block (or stack of books), a blanket for knee support, a bolster or pillows, and a tennis/lacrosse ball.

  • There are 6 videos in total: 3 focus on release and nervous system work and 3 focus on mobility for the spine, hips, and pelvic floor.
