Pelvic floor therapy focuses on strengthening, relaxing, and restoring function to the muscles supporting your pelvic organs. It helps with pelvic pain, incontinence, or post-pregnancy recovery. If you’re dealing with symptoms like bladder leakage, pelvic pain, or pain during sex, pelvic floor therapy can help you regain control, comfort, and confidence in your body, so you can get back to doing what you love.
-
Absolutely! Whether you’re in Denver or elsewhere, virtual sessions allow you to receive pelvic health support no matter where you are. We’ll tailor a plan to your needs and goals, so you can receive guidance and care from the comfort of your home.

Pelvic floor therapy can be a game-changer during pregnancy. It can ease discomfort, strengthen the pelvic floor, and prepare your body for labor and delivery. We’ll work on exercises to reduce the risk of tearing, manage back pain, prevent bladder leakage, and help you recover post-delivery with confidence.

Yes, I’m an out-of-network provider, which means you can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards to pay for in-person sessions! I will also provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This only applies to in-person therapy, not virtual coaching.
-
Being out-of-network gives me the flexibility to provide the best care possible without the limitations of insurance plans. It means I can offer more personalized treatment that’s tailored to your needs, and many clients find the out-of-pocket costs are worth it for the individual attention and long-term results they receive.

Your first visit is all about understanding you and your pelvic health. We’ll discuss your health history, goals, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing. From there, I’ll guide you through a thorough assessment, which may include gentle movement, and possibly internal or external pelvic exams (with your consent). By the end, you’ll have a personalized plan of action with exercises and techniques to start right away.
-
Pelvic floor therapy is for anyone with a pelvic floor! Men, women, and people of all gender identities can benefit from pelvic health support. Whether you’re dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain, or recovering from surgery, pelvic floor therapy is for everyone.

The duration of therapy depends on your unique needs and goals. Some people see improvements in just a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support. Together, we’ll create a plan during your first visit that works best for you to ensure lasting results.
